    Delivery Schedule

    We offer standard delivery on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, according to the following schedule:


    Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday

    Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday

    Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday

    Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Wednesday, or on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.


    Orders with a value of £100 or more will qualify for free standard delivery (for delivery on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday). Orders under £100 will incur a delivery fee of £14.95 for standard delivery.


    We offer a free ‘Click and Collect’ service where you can collect your order for free from our shop in Harborne, Birmingham. Please chose the ‘Click and Collect’ option at the checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.


    Our delivery service is currently restricted to a single UK mainland address. As our couriers cannot offer next day delivery to some areas of Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we regret that we are unable to offer delivery to the following postcodes:


    AB31-AB38; AB40-AB56; HS, IV1-IV28; IV30-IV36; IV41-IV49, IV51-IV56; IV63, KA27-KA28; KW1-KW17; PA20-PA38; PA41-PA49; PA60-PA78; PH4-PH44; PH49-PH50; BT, ZE.


    We are also unable to offer deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles.

    We are prevented from offering delivery to countries within the EU due to current restrictions imposed by Brexit.


    You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched for delivery and handed to our couriers. On the day of delivery, our couriers will provide you with a one-hour delivery window, together with an option to be notified by text message when you are the next stop on the route, typically 5-15 minutes before your delivery is due. You can also access a real-time map which will allow you to monitor your driver's progress.


    If you are not at home to accept delivery, your order will be left with a neighbour, or in a safe place. As your order contains perishable goods your delivery must be completed at the first attempt. The driver is not permitted to take your parcel back to the depot, therefore please ensure that clear instructions are left for the driver during the checkout process.


    Your order will be packed using temperature controlled, leak resistant packaging, with a unique internal reflective air liner which keeps the contents chilled for a minimum of 24 hours unopened. Our frozen gel packs prevent the consignment from getting wet as they melt. The waterproof internal bag cushions and protects your products during transit, so your goods reach you in optimum condition.


    Please ensure that all meat products are refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
